Cantus Ensemble’s first concert at MUZA’s Blagoje Bersa Concert Hall

The Ensemble Cantus concert series, which starts with its first concert on 15 November, takes place in the Blagoje Bersa Concert Hall of the MUZA. The concert program in November includes pieces by composers from the Second Viennese School and the premiere of the new piece ‘Yena by composer Ivan Violić.
 

Cantus Ansambl at the Croatian Musicians in Vienna concert series

In 2021, for the 17th consecutive time, the Croatian Musicians in Vienna concert series continues to present the recent Croatian music scene. The Cantus Ensemble, a leading ensembles dedicated to contemporary music, will perform at the Centre named after the great Arnold Schönberg.
The concerts in the Croatian Musicians in Vienna series provide a wonderful platform for presenting and promoting not only the leading Croatian musicians, but also Croatia and Zagreb.

Cantus Ensemble Gala Concert at 31st Music Biennale Zagreb

The gala anniversary concert will be led by the ensemble’s director Ivan Josip Skender, and the soloists will be its long-time members – percussionist Marko Mihajlović and clarinetist Danijel Martinović. In addition to compositions by Dubravko Detoni, Antun Tomislav Šaban, Martin Matalon and Fausto Romitteli, the ensemble will also perform for the first time a composition by the young author Helena Skljarov on this concert.
